PLEASE NOTE THAT: Each adult person wishing to live in a leased property together, must individually fill out a leasing application and submit a leasing application fee.

1.) Download the fillable application or the printable paper application on this page, and fill out the application fully.

2.) Gather all supporting documents needed to make application. For each adult applicant you must submit the following documents;

          (i) Government issued photo ID

          (ii) Income documentation which may include proof of funds, 2 or more paycheck stubs, government benefit statement, ect.

          (iii) Any miscellaneous documents that should be used in conjunction with the leasing process including submitting in writing any  accommodations requested in conjunction with the leasing of property or leasing process. Should an impairmnt exist where you need accomodations for the leasing application process, please call or with appointment, come to our office.

Using the form below, fill out all information requested.

Accept the terms & conditions and acknowledgement.

Attach the completed leasing application.

Attach the government issued valid photo ID.

Attach income documents.

Attach any miscellaneous documents that may apply.

Submit.

All applicants who submit an application through this portal and subsequently pay the leasing application fee, shall receive either an acceptance notice, denial notice, adverse action notice, or conditional acceptance – backup position notice. These notices will be in writing and submitted to you by mail, in person, or via email. Application process takes between 2 days to 7 business days on average. however may take up to 12 business days to process fully. Some credit inquiries or criminal background checks may be handled by third party providers and only can report that the application is processing, when requested. KMH Leasing Company will inform you by notice of the application status within one hour of determination, during business hours.
