Properties that are usually owned and managed by the owners directly, and we are an intermediary that works with you to draft a lease and handle the paperwork associated with leasing. Our involvement is very limited past your move
in date.
Limited Property Management
Properties which we act as a leasing agent and have limited involvement through the length of your lease term. Usually collecting rents, and working as an intermediary for property owners.
Full service Property Management
Properties which we lease and manage fully including maintenance, rent collection, and leasing management. These are the cream of the crop and you are assigned a specialized leasing agent as a tenant for the duration of your lease
term.
Pets Allowed
Properties in which certain pets are allowed. Certain restrictions including breed and size restrictions may apply. Each dwelling may have different restrictions or fees. Refer to each pet friendly property for more individualized information.
No Pets Allowed
Properties in which the owner does not allow pets. Some homes may allow exceptions. Contact your leasing agent for information when needed.
Service Animals & Emotional Support Animals
KMH Leasing Company observes all governmental laws and reegulations in regards to support & service animals and makes determinations based strictly on HUD guidance only.

Leasing Process
Use our website to view rentals that are available. For best chances at obtaining a property, apply for the unit and request a showing. Many units are currently renting in hours to days, so time is of the essence.
All property shown is privately owned, most by different owners, who each have their own separate qualifications. View each property, and ensure that you meet the standard qualifications of that owner/ownership group. Apply using
a paper application or our convenient online application portal. KMH Leasing observes all fair housing laws, and only works with owners that are in compliance with these laws when they create qualifications. Applications are
reviewed in the order received, and accepted in that order, when qualified.
If you apply, and are accepted for a property, we will prepare all of your leasing documents and you will sign those documents along with making financial payment to secure the unit. After this, we set a move in walk through
time & date, and give you a move in checklist.
Once you have all of your leasing documents signed, and have obtained an occupancy permit, then you can take possession of your unit!
