Emergency Maintenance

If you are experiencing the smell of natural gas, leave the unit immediately, then call the local gas utility, and our emergency line. DO NOT GO BACK INTO THE UNIT until the utility clears the unit.

If you are experiencing a fire, call 911 then call our emergency line.

If you are experiencing a major water leak or burst water pipe, FIRST use the water main shut off for your unit to stop the flow of water, then call our emergency line.

If you are in danger, call 911 first.

Please note that only true emergencies that require immediate attention that affects life, health, or immediate property damage should use the emergency maintenance line. Those calls deemed not an emergency and are routine maintenance will be given lower priority when the emergency line is called.

Non Emergency Maintenance

Please fill out this form to submit non emergency maintenance requests. If you are in danger, smell gas, or if your unit is on fire, first – CALL 911! For emergency maintenance 24 hours a day for full service management units – call the emergency line. Units that are leasing agent or limited services only – requests will be forwarded to property owners.

Non emergency maintenance includes for example; dripping faucet, slow draining plumbing, non operable electrical outlet, malfunctioning appliance such as dishwasher, loose flooring, malfunctioning lighting fixtures, etc.
